Over many years of working in and around W2 we have carried out numerous renovations both for developers and for people who have bought a property they want to call home.

We can help with your project whatever the size; from the initial design right through to completion. We can aid in anything from finalising plans for kitchens and bathrooms to designing electrical and plumbing installations.

When renovating your property, it’s the details that make the project a success and we understand the process from start to finish. This enables our clients to achieve the outcome that they desire.

We start the quotation process with an initial site meeting to discuss the specifics of the project and the client’s individual requirements. We then start to draft a specification of what the client wants to fit the property out with and from there we can start to put together some costings.

Once the draft copy has been received by the client we can then sit down together, go through any alterations of the specification that the client may wish for and then get a final quotation together.

Once the quotation has been agreed by the client, a start date and payment schedule can be agreed upon, which both parties are happy with.

Our clients are always kept up to speed on the progression of works from start to finish and where possible we promote site meetings at least once a week to keep the client informed every step of the way.
