Planned Maintenance

We have many clients who rely on us to carry out planned property maintenance. Fixing issues is good but having the foresight to prevent issues before they happen is even better. It is one of the best ways to avoid unexpected maintenance bills. Allowing things to deteriorate is how small problems lead to bigger ones.

We work with a number of agents who require periodic maintenance of their rental properties, block management companies for whom we carry out bi-annual property inspections as well as landlords who own property and rely on us to carry out end of tenancy maintenance in order to keep their properties in the best possible condition.
